Property Manager - Leasing / Building Owner Tasks / Tenancy Law (m/w/d)

We are a regional, medium-sized property owner in family ownership, with a focus on residential and commercial properties in the Großraum Mönchengladbach and left Lower Rhine. Starting from the textile industry with cotton spinning mills in Germany and abroad, the entrepreneurial focus changed to the real estate sector at the beginning of the 1960s.

Today, as a family business in the 4th generation and with more than 60 years of experience in the real estate industry, we create living and working spaces for thousands of people, are important partners for politics, business and social associations and shape the image of the city of Mönchengladbach in many places.

As a stockholder, we focus on the management and development of residential and commercial properties in our own possession and continue to expand continuously through purchase and project development. You enter our real estate in a holistic way, perceive our interests as owners on site, explain different tenants: lying in and monitoring the commercial and technical condition of the objects You manage the entire rental process of inserat and first contact, through sightseeing to the selection of tenants and handover of the apartments You take over building tasks in repair, modernization and rehabilitation measures You plan on the measures and commissioning of craftsmen: inside the property You develop the object management area with your colleagues

You have a completed training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d)/a completed real estate study/training as a construction technician:in or Craftsman:in/ a completed study with the field of civil engineering You bring multi-year, relevant professional experience in the holistic (technical, commercial and infrastructural) property management of residential and commercial properties with You have a sound commercial and technical understanding of real estate You have good knowledge of rental law and contract design You have a routined approach to MS Office You work independently and structured, have a good organizational ability and bring a strong level of self-initiative, care and reliability with You like to work in the team and have good communication skills internally and externally with tenants and partners You will show commitment, motivation and flexibility, think entrepreneurial, take active action and take new topics – open and solution-oriented. You have a class B license
