Cutting Machine Operator Turning Technology – Focus on Conventional Turning (m/f/d)

Manufacture of series and individual components by working instruction and drawing on conventional or cyclically controlled machine tools Preparation, measurement and installation of work equipment, clamping means and tools Adjusting cutting values and tools Create, customize and optimize machine programs Implementation and documentation of corrections Reading technical drawings and compliance with the required tolerances Production-accompanying testing of manufactured parts according to valid quality guidelines Compliance with the 5S method in the workplace as well as the introduction of ideas for improvement (CVP in the product and process)

Successful vocational training in a metalworking profession, ideally for machining mechanic (m/w/d) Relevant professional experience as well as distinct professional knowledge Good professional knowledge and experience in conventional turning and machining on cyclically controlled turning machines; Experience in CNC machining of advantage. Willingness to shift work (2-shift system) and to demand-oriented work Interest in expanding own qualifications and in job rotation A precise way of working, self-employment and willingness to use combined with reliability and commitment as well as team spirit and communication skills
