Your duties

• individual and value-estimating care as well as support for residents:in self-determined life
• Co-operation in the design of a relationship between residents: inside and employees
• motivating guidance of nurses, trainees and interns:inside
• Guided electronic care documentation
• Contact care to the relatives and supervisors: inside our customers

This will bring you

• Qualification as a nursing professional (e.g. a state-recognized nurse:in or health care and nursing:in, child health care and children's caregiver:in) or an equivalent degree
• ideally solid knowledge in the fields of care management, quality assurance and EDV
• Ready to work mostly in night service
• Team skills, sense of responsibility and a great heart for care
• Sensitivity in dealing with residents: inside and relatives
