You carry out commissioning and service work such as repairs, rebuilds, inspections, repairs and maintenance of individual machines and plants in Germany and abroad You take on technical support and support of our worldwide customer base by phone or on site and maintain customer contacts You analyze and troubleshoot errors/problems with the relevant departments You train customer employees during service in the field of machine operation You work with updating the machine software

You have a completed vocational training as a mechatronic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), electrician (m/w/d) or comparable, with further training as a master/technician (m/w/d) or a degree in electrical engineering You have professional experience in machine and plant engineering, ideally in vacuum coating Knowledge of PLC programming (Beckhoff: TwinCAT 2 & 3) are advantageous You communicate very well in English An independent and customer-oriented way of working and a worldwide readiness to travel complete your profile
