They plan, organize and prepare Supervisory Board meetings (4x annually), shareholder meetings and other bodies before and after – including presentations and protocols. They perform general tasks in the judiciary, e.g. issuing confirmations on business shares or preparing documents for the notary They process correspondence with the supervisory authority (BAS). You maintain our contract archive, manage contracts and monitor termination management. They support the team law and the award department through administrative cooperation such as scheduling, processing of postal inputs and outputs as well as file care. They perform administrative tasks such as the general correspondence (orally and in writing) with internal and external contact persons as well as the assignment to lawyers in legal matters. They monitor timeline management as well as maintenance of the calendar in Outlook and the firmware RA-Micro.

They have completed commercial training or training as a lawyer with relevant professional experience or comparable qualification. Your MS Office knowledge is user-safe; Experience in dealing with a firm software (e.g. RA-Micro) is desirable. They work forward-looking, carefully, structured, both independently and in the team and have a strong communication capability. Your responsive, safe appearance, your strong communication strength and team capacity are convincing as well as your flexibility and motivation.
