As the world's leading logistics service provider, Kühne+Nagel operates a state-of-the-art automated logistics center for a leading customer from the construction machine industry in Mühlheim-Kärlich. In this position, you are responsible for the smooth operation of our modern site. You coordinate maintenance, work orders and service providers, maintain time limits and combine technical understanding with organizational and commercial know-how - from ticket processing in the CAFM system to order and contract management. • Construction and continuation of supplier management for a modern, highly automated location

• Representation and maintenance of maintenance and expert examination dates

• Ticket creation and editing Tickets in CAFM-System PlanOn

• Disposition of work orders to maintain a functioning building infrastructure and technology as well as monitoring work to be carried out

• Ordering for Facility Management and Technology Categories

• Document management FM contracts, maintenance and repair logs, billing control, monthly delimitations

• Technical training or professional experience (e.g. in electrical engineering, plant mechanics, building technology) for technical coordination at eye level with the technical team

• Commercial understanding and experience in the organisation, administration and coordination of facility management and technology topics

• Experienced and safe handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Organisational, structured and team-oriented, yet independent and dedicated working style

• High self-initiative, readiness for performance and flexibility

• Flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
