Support of insolvency management Acquisition of standardised processing of property in insolvency proceedings on the assets of natural persons Communication and correspondence with the parties Preparation of reports and directories for insolvency courts Processing of payment of insolvency proceedings Creation of revenue and expenditure accounting (insolvency accounting) Preparation of distribution to insolvency believers Maintaining the digital traffic and monitoring of process-related dates and deadlines

A completed vocational training as a lawyer or a comparable commercial legal qualification Cross-comers with corresponding professional experience are also welcome Self-employed, responsible and structured work Secure handling of MS Office applications Very good German knowledge Organizational talent with good communication skills Safe and evolving appearance on the phone and personally vis-à-vis operators
