We are looking for a personal agent (m/w/d) in parttime, temporary contract until 31.12.2026.

You support our team as Senior Consultant (w/m/d)

You take over the competent personal care of a defined group of employees and, in close cooperation with the executives and the works council, ensure compliance with all labour law requirements When preparing and forwarding all billing-relevant data to our external payroll holder, you will ensure the correct and timely implementation of legal and internal guidelines. In addition, you are actively involved in the annual salary adjustment round. You maintain all relevant master data correctly and are reliable contact persons for internal and external enquiries You create reports, statistics and process documentation – especially in Excel You perform various administrative tasks such as the creation of work certificates, correspondence processing and maintenance of storage systems

You have completed your commercial training or have an equivalent qualification You bring relevant professional experience, ideally from a larger industrial company In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of tariff regulations (chemistry industry) as well as of the right to pay tax, labour and social security, and of general HR skills You have experience in dealing with a wage billing system, preferably Loga. You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel – knowledge in Workday is beneficial A thorough, independent and reliable way of working with you as well as loyalty, commitment and team spirit You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1)
