You will want localize and deploy the global HR strategy (part-time and full-time possible) within the Business Stream Mobility as well as the business-stream specific people strategy, ensuring its seamless implementation, operationalization, and daily business integration. You'll shoot and steer transformation projects within your region, driving business stream-wide cultural change and leading initiatives born from the global strategy. You are tasked with coordinating global business needs with regional HR organization and regional CoEs; Collaborating and aligning HR efforts to meet the specific needs of the business stream, seeking as talent & succession management, strategic sourcing & recruiting of key position and global leadership development. You will act as an advisor to senior management on the strategic implementation of global and regional plans, considering their organizational impacts. You will drive corporate strategic initiatives as our Corporate Sustainability Initiative or leveraging global and regional KPIs and CSR program and diagnostic performance gaps for strategic action. The position is both offered full-time and part-time.

Possessing 5-7 years of HR experience, ideally as a Business Partner within international matrix organizations of large corporations, with expertise in labor law, and a proven track record of effective communication and navigation within codetermination structures. Several years of project management experience, including driving global change management measures, combined with expertise in planning and executing global HR initiatives (e.g., Talent Development and Leadership, Talent Attraction, etc.) Experience in stakeholder management and regular communication to the executive board and upper management Native speaker in German and fluent in English Willing to travel to national and international locations
