As the first contact person, you support our customers and technicians in all technical questions and provide competent, solution-oriented advice. The creation of offers and the complete work preparation are part of your responsibility – including material orders in SAP, subcontracting and the organization of work platforms. You keep in mind existing construction sites, check material availability and ensure that our technicians receive all necessary information. Coordination of material supplies ensures that everything is at the right place at the right time. Our technicians are also responsible for your task, with both organistic and technical support. A careful preparation of the bill completes your work by examining working hours, material inserts and the complete processing of orders.

Complete technical training, e.g. mechanic, plant mechanic, SHK (Sanitary, heating and air conditioning) or mechatronics Good commercial understanding Secure handling of MS Office and ideally user knowledge in SAP Own initiative and flexibility are the A and O in this job.
