In this role, you will ensure project quality, drive compliance with international standards, and contribute to delivering sustainable solutions worldwide. Your Tasks Review customer specifications and legal/statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with Voith Hydro standards and EQM guidelines. Prepare and issue project-specific Quality Plans and documentation (e.g., Inspection & Test Plans, QS, MGS). Develop and align project and site-specific Quality Strategies, schedules, and activities with overall project goals. Facilitate and review Design & Process FMEAs, verification/validation reports, and implement risk mitigation actions. Conduct process audits and verifications across Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Field Services to embed quality. Coordinate internal and external inspections per ITPs, including NDT, electrical, and dimensional checks, and manage related IT systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, capture lessons learned, and ensure quality integration in turbine and generator fabrication processes. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in project quality management, ideally in renewable energy or heavy industry. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, project quality planning, and inspection coordination. Proven leadership experience in a global project environment.
