You are the first contact person for our employees in all questions about staff You accompany our employees from the recruitment to the termination of an employment relationship, e.g. through the creation of contracts, dismissals, certificates, terminations, parental leave etc. You're posing the personal master files and movement data in the personal management system and managing the personal files You prepare the monthly wage bill and, if necessary, provide certificates for authorities Participation in processes across the company

You have a commercial training or comparable professional experience, e.g. in Business Administration, Business Psychology or Human Resources Management You bring at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position in human resources or HR with You have a well-founded knowledge of pay billing and labour, social security and wage tax law You have good MS Office knowledge and good German skills
