Teamleiter (m/w/d):

• A responsible activity in which you provide elderly and sick people with care needs at home – with heart and expertise
• Always use the needs of clients in mind and with great commitment to ensure that they can live as long as possible in their usual environment
• Active and solution-oriented design of day care to ensure the best possible quality of life for clients
• Planning and evaluation of care as part of the care process, including care and planning
• Leadership of a dedicated care team with about 15 employees and promotion of their professional and personal development
• Creation of service and tour plans and control of employees
• Collaboration at eye level with eight other executives in the management circle to create a positive, value-adding working atmosphere

• Multiannual professional experience in nursing – ideally in outpatient care, happy with leadership experience
• Interest in self-responsible work, guidance, support and development of employees
• An open and friendly appearance as well as a respectful handling of clients and their relatives
• A daily action, characterised by empathy and sense of responsibility
• Joy in team work as well as actively shaping, developing and enriching care with new ideas
• Perspective thinking and solution-oriented action, combined with the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations
