As a production employee (m/w/d) in Allendorf (Eder), you are part of a well-established team and ensure that production processes run reliably. The activity offers you a clear range of tasks, a structured working day and a direct entry into production.

• You support the operation, monitoring and equipping of production facilities.
• The processing of production orders is just as important as maintaining the predetermined processes.
• You control the quality of the finished parts and recognize deviations early.
• Material is prepared by you, carried out and processed in the production process.
• Order and cleanliness in the work area are your daily contribution.
• You work closely with colleagues from production and logistics so that the processes remain stable.
• In case of malfunctions or vulnerabilities, you will reliably report this and contribute to a secure production process.

We are looking for

A reliable production employee (m/w/d) who works carefully and brings joy to practical work. Also with first professional experience or as a cross-release, you have good chances when you are motivated and you are well in structured processes.

• You like to work practically and keep an overview even with recurring tasks.
• A careful and reliable working style is important for this position.
• First experience in production is helpful, but no need.
• Physical resilience and responsible handling of materials and resources are expected.
• Team skills and respectful interaction with colleagues complete your profile.
• A full-time working model fits the job.
• The readiness for shift models should be present.
