Omnichannel strategy: You continuously develop our omnichannel strategy and ensure a seamless, cross-channel customer journey through eCommerce, eServices and eProcurement. Product requirements: You define, prioritize and specify product requirements (features, user stories, acceptance criteria) in close cooperation with development teams and business owners. Digital business models: You are responsible for the technical and functional development of digital business models, online shops and sales applications. Agile Control: You plan and control agil sprints, backlogs and release roadmaps (e.g. Program Increments) together with tech teams and relevant stakeholders. Solution assessment: You evaluate solutions along the dimensions usability, viability and value and continuously ensure a high user acceptance. Product Positioning: You develop internal and external communication and added value arguments for the clear positioning of our digital products. Market and competition analysis: You carry out market, competition and technology analyses and thereby initiate impulses for the further development of the product strategy. Partnerships: You maintain and develop strategic partnerships and cooperations (horizontal and vertical).

Education: You have completed their studies in business, marketing, media, computer science or comparable commercial training and have at least two years of relevant professional experience. Agile methods: You have demonstrable experience in the implementation of agile and hybrid projects (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe) and are sure to deal with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Figma. Data & IT affinity: You are characterized by a pronounced data and IT affinity and are able to interdisciplinaryly analyze and evaluate complex requirements. Customer centering: You consistently think of customer vision and understand how to translate needs and Pain Points into clear technical requirements, features and added value. Teamwork: You like to work with interdisciplinary teams and understand how to effectively integrate different stakeholders. Operation: You convince with a high level of autonomy, commitment and hands-on mentality and a good understanding of strategic and operational relationships. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
