Manager International Procurement Fruits & Vegetables (m/f/d)

Procurement activities: Responsible for the organisation and control of procurement processes in the fruit and vegetables sector, in order to ensure an always reliable supply. Contract negotiations: Conduct negotiations with suppliers to achieve favourable conditions and ensure the quality of our products permanently. Assortment analysis and planning: Assortment management based on Category Management analyses, which you carry out supported by your specialists and with other category managers from the national organizations. Product development and innovation: Continuous further development of our fruit and vegetable range, integration of current trends and new varieties and innovations. Supplier management: Takeover of product and supplier responsibility, including monitoring of product quality, specifications and optimization of supplier performance. Data management: maintenance and updating of the supplier database in cooperation with other specialist departments to ensure efficiency and transparency in procurement.

Vocational training: You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree or training as a trade professional Professional experience: You already bring several years of experience in purchasing, or from related areas of the fruit/vegetable industry and know what it takes Business knowledge: You have sound business knowledge that you can use in your work Experience in the trade or service sector: Ideally, you have already gained experience in the trade or service sector – this is a plus!
