Cutting machine operator - CNC grinding technology / 5-axis (m/f/d)

You program, service and align our 5-axis CNC grinding machine You grind cutter precisely according to technical drawings and specifications You prepare tools for the grinding process and take over sandblasting and honing You carry out the subsequent reworking of the tools, including balancing and assembly You support in upstream production steps, for example in the gearing of milling, cutting and pre-preparing of hard metal and solder sheets, as well as in brazing of hard metal You carry out measurements and quality checks on your own and thus ensure the required precision of the finished tools

You have completed training in the metal sector, for example as machining mechanic, tool mechanic (m/w/d), precision mechanics (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You bring experience in handling CNC-controlled machines – ideally you have already worked with CNC grinding machines You can safely read technical drawings and are familiar with the professional use of measuring instruments You draw your attention through a pronounced quality awareness and a precise way of working You work carefully, structured and self-responsibility and keep an overview of demanding manufacturing tasks You are reliable and team-ready and have good German skills in word and writing
