In this function, you are responsible for the development of complex optical systems, as well as in the infrared spectral range. You develop concepts within the framework of design studies and carry out simulations to fine-analysis of systems using software tools for optical design and tolerance, scattered light and thermal analysis. The specificity of optical components is one of your tasks as well as the coordination of the integration and the mea­surable evaluation of the systems. You are contact partners (m/w/d) for our cutting points on optics-com­ponent manufacturers and external project partners in the natural and inter­national environment. You would like to introduce their own ideas to improve the best systems and evaluate new technological trends in terms of their status.

A successful study of physics, photonics, laser technology, opto­tech­nology or a natural or engineering science with a high point of optical technologies is a good advance for this position.
