Strategic overall leadership: You are responsible for the technical management and IT infrastructure of our site. Your focus is on developing smart strategies for robotics and automated packaging solutions. Smart Production: Paperless production is your goal. You implement MES/ERP interfaces and make OEE data usable in real time. Transformation to Maintenance 4.0: You lead us away from reactive repairs to a proactive operation. With the help of IoT and smart data analysis, you establish predictive maintenance in our systems. Project management on top-level: Whether factory expansion or new lines – you control complex investments in line with budget, time and strict HACCP requirements. Safety first: You secure our OT landscape against cyber risks and guarantee the highest standards of work security for our colleagues.

A completed study in the field of technology, business informatics or a comparable qualification forms your foundation, supplemented by a strong IT background. Multi-annual leadership experience in a production plant – ideally from the food or pharmaceutical industry – distinguishes your career. Funded knowledge of Google Workspace, automation (SPS, SCADA, robotics) and ERP landscapes such as SAP, CSB or MS Dynamics are essential for this position. As a real “Change Agent” you bring the necessary hands-on mentality to not only plan changes, but also implement them operatively. Negotiating German and good English skills allow you to communicate with you on all levels.
