You are burning to create a working environment for healthy and satisfied employees and to develop our Health & Safety (H&S) area strategically. Dedicated from our corporate and sustainability strategy, you define the Group-wide H&S objectives - taking into account ESG and EHS requirements and beyond. You conduct EHS concert projects, such as the introduction of an EHS software, introduces group-wide standards and processes for optimizing H&S management and develops training programs including their implementation. You establish close cooperation and technical savings with the EHS coordinators in the departments (e.g. sales and technology), perform regular monitoring and reporting on H&S key figures and guide action recommendations for management.

EHS and Sustainability (ESG), ideally focused on Health & Safety Studies with a focus on sustainability, health & safety or similar skills Experience in the development and implementation of H&S processes and systems (ideally in international corporate structures), coupled with good project management skills Pleasant toughness and strong communication skills as well as experience in cooperation with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
