You are responsible for receiving, analyzing and processing service requests and IT requests via the sparkass internal ticket system or by telephone. You can also support our employees in questions about network, clients, telephony and alarm systems. In addition, you manage the user accounts as well as the allocation of permissions and access rights in the OSPlus core banking system and perform the user administration for internal and external applications.
