Preparation of assembly orders according to work plan: Examination for completeness and accuracy of materials, tools, devices and test equipment Assembly of assemblies and components according to drawing, list of pieces and work plan Implementation of alignment and adaptation work and measurement Quality control of the work carried out, possibly under instructions Feedback of completed work steps (e.g. via barcode, scanner, recording device) Fixing simple process disorders (e.g. tool breakage), possibly Transfer to the team leader Worker self-control: Verification accuracy, quality and completeness of the components Reworking like deburring and cleaning

Complete training in the technical or metal processing sector (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics, etc.) First experience in the assembly of assemblies, ideally in the turbine area, desirable Technical understanding and safe handling of drawings and lists Reliability, accuracy and teamability Willingness to work in the shift system happy crane license and/or truck license, but no need
