Active new customer acquisitions and building new customer relationships for our software solution MCS Analysis of customer requirements and technical design of individual customer solutions together with the project management Definition of functional and technical software requirements and design of customer-specific solutions within the MCS Creation and coordination of specifications Close cooperation with software development, project management and customers as a central interface Support for commissioning and picking on site at the customer Participation in customer presentations and product presentations of the MCS, also for new customer acquisition Creation and maintenance of technical software documents as well as documentation of new functions, interfaces and processes

Complete study of economic informatics, engineering or comparable qualification or corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in (technical) sales, ideally software or automation solutions Experience in technical customer consulting, project planning or application support of software solutions, ideally in the MES/MOM environment Basic understanding of software development and interfaces (e.g. .NET, databases) of advantage Ideally knowledge in Industry 4.0, Smart Factory/Dark Factory, production and manufacturing processes as well as in machine and plant engineering Good knowledge of German and English Embossed communication skills, negotiation skills and secure, binding occurrence in customer contact Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Teamability and high self-initiative Ready to travel for customer acquisitions, customer appointments, commissioning and acceptances
