As part of this future-oriented change process, the company is looking for an experienced head of production (m/w/d) for the management of an area with 120 employees in the field of assembly assembly at Hanau production site.

As a Sparringspartner for the factory manager, you will take a key position with high relevance for the company's success. In addition to implementing new key figures, your tasks include increasing productivity and optimising cross-departmental cooperation. Total responsibility for the efficient planning, control and monitoring of all processes of assembly in compliance with regulations and quality requirements Discipline and professional leadership and further development of your area with 120 employees Responsibility for budget planning and deployment as well as for personnel strategy incl. Setting, development and resource planning Introduction and maintenance of key figures and measures to continuously improve quality, productivity and process safety Advise and release in the development of new assemblies with regard to feasibility and cost-effectiveness Continuous development of all assembly processes in coordination with other departments in the company (e.g. research & development, quality management, order planning, service, etc.), as well as external suppliers and customers Leading and accompanying your team in the context of positive change processes

Successfully completed engineering studies, e.g. in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, etc. Insufficient leadership experience in production, production and/or assembly Including experience in mechanical engineering, special machinery or plant engineering in the context of complex assemblies Funded knowledge in order control, quality management and technical planning Experience in organisational development, change management and strategic realignment of production areas Team player with clear target and result orientation as well as strong entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility Modern leadership style paired with enforcement strength, good communication skills and solution-oriented action German excellent, English fluent in word and writing
