Your role You work in our customer center and receive telephone and written requests, arrange technical clarification and actively manage the processing of the request
You are responsible for creating services
You collect and process customer orders in the CRM system and SAP ERP in compliance with all relevant requirements in the order filling process (order processing), including technical clarifications, contract testing and accounting
You set repair inserts, maintenance and system installations in the CRM system
You plan equipment relocations, including commissioning of forwarding, organization of packaging material and appointment with customers, technicians, forwarding and suppliers
You maintain data/stem data and unwind maintenance contracts
A successfully completed commercial vocational training
Practical experience in order processing and customer service
Good knowledge of ERP systems/CRP systems, ideally with SAP ERP
High flexibility, communication and team skills as well as a structured working method
Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as basic knowledge in English
