Employee Portfolio and Partner Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic development of our IT and service portfolio and ensure that it is optimally geared to market and customer needs Trends and developments in the IT market continue to be underpinning and motivating portfolio and partner strategy Continuous analysis, assessment and prioritization of services, products and initiatives are your daily activities – always with a view to business value, economy and risks You develop and tax the portfolio along the entire lifecycle – from introduction to optimization to detachment of no more economic performance In close coordination with sales, delivery and specialist areas, you actively control the design and development of new services and portfolio elements and successfully bring them to the market You build strategic partnerships with technology and service partners and develop them sustainably Existing strategic partner relationships are actively taxing, identifying expansion potentials and ensuring high performance and achievement of targets You shape contract and cooperation models together with internal stakeholders and conduct negotiations at eye level You prepare decision-making bases, business cases and management reports and present them at different management levels Regular portfolio and partner reviews coordinate your own and take concrete measures to optimize You act as a central interface between internal units and stakeholders and external partners, ensuring transparency and smooth cooperation

You have a degree in business information technology, business management, IT management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in portfolio, product, partner, or business development management in the IT services environment Funded knowledge in the assessment of business cases (e.g. TCO and ROI) help you to make informed decisions You have experience in building and managing strategic partnerships and know common cooperation and contract models A good understanding of IT services, architectures and market trends (e.g. AI, Cloud, Security and Managed Services) Analytical and strategic thinking, combined with a high number affinity, allows you to penetrate complex relationships quickly You convince by communication strength, negotiation skills and a safe occurrence – also at management level Your structured, self-responsive way of working as well as your ability to prioritize support you in dealing with parallel topics Experience with AI and BI tools as well as safe handling of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, complete your profile Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing enable you to communicate with you in a European environment
