Implementation of SHK maintenance measures in compliance with relevant rules Legal documentation of all services Support for maintenance of plant documentation in CAFM system Cross-work cooperation in the building engineering team in all areas of the building maintenance Technical support for construction, maintenance and maintenance activities, including other departments and other companies Participation in readiness

Completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or as a central heating and ventilation manufacturer or Projektmanagement (m/w/d) Knowledge of the relevant rules Good IT knowledge, experience in MT-BT data/CAFM systems of advantage You have a good understanding to analyse and resolve technical problems or difficulties in the application Working pleasure, team skills and service orientation shape your daily working day Willingness to continue and further training Multi-year professional experience Driving licence B
