Administration & operation: Responsibility for the administration and reliable operation of Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence. Technical & Process Understanding: Good understanding of system relationships, process logics and technical dependencies as well as basic knowledge in ITIL/IT service management. Architecture & Documentation: Experience in the creation of Big-Picture representations for the visualization of processes, system landscapes, role models, dependencies and end-to-end processes. Working & solution orientation: Structured, independent and careful working with predictive thinking and a proactive hands-on mentality and pronounced solution orientation. Communication & additional qualifications: High team and communication skills; Knowledge in the field of IT security is advantageous.
