• Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and organize reorders.
• For order, control and movement in the warehouse – from stock receipt to professional storage.
• Follow-up companies on the premises, whose activities are co-ordinary and contact persons.
• All goods movements and stocks are carefully documented in the ERP system to ensure transparency.
• ⚙️ Complaints lead to clarification and contribute to rapid problem solving.
• Responsibility for the furniture and warehouse inventory and as an inventory manager for overview. Your profile
• You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area or a technical background.
• You bring experience with ERP systems (Navision of advantage) and secure handling with MS Office.
• Technical understanding of drawings and the processes in the warehouse is of course for you.
• Ideally you have a fork certificate.
• You are characterized by a structured, reliable and independent way of working.
• As a team player, you convince with your engagement and solution-oriented approach.
• Your communication is clear and precise, with very good German knowledge and solid English skills (min. B2). You can look forward to this:
