VILLA Löwenherz, founded in 2014, is an innovative institution that provides an interface between youth assistance and child psychiatry. Our therapeutically oriented intensive group in Dortmund has 7 places for a total of two coeducative groups (TPZ1 & TPZ2). In our youth group in Schwerte (TPZ3) up to 8 young people live. The pedagogical professionals are trained in trauma pedagogy, which contributes significantly to quality assurance. A reliable, value-assuring and respectful basic attitude of the professional staff is intended to enable an individual development of the child's personality. Mentally injured children need sensitive and competent adult references over a long-term period, which provide themselves as a lasting counterpart, so that children can develop new concepts of trust, security, self-respect, liveliness, courage and confidence. The children and youth are supervised in all three groups with a high care key. The carrier of the device is the new paths gGmbH. We're looking for you! In our institution, we provide traumatized children and adolescents with a protective and sustaining framework to promote healing and maturation processes. To strengthen our team we are looking for a psychologist / a psychologist (m/w/d) for our therapeutic children's group in Dortmund as well as our youth group in Schwerte.
