Architect as project manager (m/f/d)

You process or control independently in contracting entities or Architectural and engineering services of all performance phases of HOAI (LPH 1–9) on design, execution planning, tendering, object monitoring or partial services thereof up to the final proof of use in the field of civil engineering. You can also edit or control target-finding phases (LPH 0) with demand analyses, feasibility studies, space programs and cost frameworks. The main focus of the project is the processing and implementation of municipal building projects in the new building, expansion and renovation area.

well-founded expertise Security/experience in the processing of LPH 1–9, HOAI and LPH 0 (project preparation through demand planning) good AVA knowledge good CAD knowledge, ArchiCAD knowledge are advantageous convincing appearance, analytical and predictive thinking Ability to work independently, systematically, structured and targeted Cost awareness Organisational skills Collaboration readiness and team capacity Ready to use and motivation Requirements: successfully completed studies in the field of architecture relevant professional experience of at least 2 years in project management of construction projects Class B driving licence
