You are responsible for the acceptance and processing of inquiries, complaints and special cases concerning the car You support our business customers by phone with their concerns and find suitable solutions together You are in regular exchange with other internal departments, e.g. when assessing technical cases You go to challenges with a high service and solution-oriented approach You actively participate in the continuous improvement of our services and ensure a positive experience with our partners

Professional experience in customer service or in a similar area, preferably with reference to the automotive sector Interest and basic knowledge in the field of motor vehicles Autoaffinity Basic knowledge of current MS Office applications, especially Excel Flowing German knowledge, basic knowledge or readiness to learn in English A team- and solution-oriented way of working and enjoying the phone enthusiasm for cars and exchange with people
