Digital Facility Management Specialist (CAFM) (m/f/d)

As a specialist (m/w/d) for CAFM, you take over central tasks in handling our CAFM software and ensure the effective use of the system.

• They maintain our CAFM system, manage user access and improve functionality.
• You take responsibility for your budget and ensure efficient use of the funds.
• As the first contact person (m/w/d) for building operations, you work closely with the parties and make sure that the data in the software are correct and up-to-date.
• You create clear specifications for software use.
• In addition, you support concepts for adapting the software and incorporating necessary processes into the software.
• They coordinate the interface of CAFM software and work closely with other teams and areas.
• If necessary, you will collect internal or external expertise to find optimal solutions.
• You can also help users and ensure smooth operation.
• They have a successfully completed commercial or technical/commercial training or a university degree with a focus on facility management or comparable.
• Ideally you have a professional experience in technical facility management.
• The safe handling of CAD is of course for you.
• They have a professional and conceptual knowledge in the field of CAFM.
• They have general knowledge of real estate management and have advanced knowledge of the legal bases facility management.
• They think and act entrepreneurially and sustainably.

• They understand how to communicate with the recipient.
• Planning, tracking and identifying target deviations in time is familiar to you.
• Understanding technical processes, identifying relationships and creating problem solutions is one of your craftsmen.
