Special responsibility for the operation and further development of the credit process with a focus on loan value determination and Pfandbrief refinancing Analysis of existing processes, IT systems and credit guidelines as well as deriving future-oriented solutions Conception, prioritization and implementation of optimization potentials – also in projects or agile work formats driving forward digitalization and automation using modern technologies, in particular artificial intelligence Close cooperation with interfaces, stakeholders and external partners taking into account the regulatory

Multiannual experience in the credit business of a bank ideally with a focus on loan value determination/pand letter High affinity in process design, including possibilities of AI and automation Designed analytical, strategic and conceptual competence combined with IT confession and ownership High level of initiative, reliability, flexibility and commitment as well as high quality awareness Very good communication skills, team skills and operational experience in project implementation in an agile environment
