Finance Projects & Process Optimization: You take responsibility in finance projects and initiatives to standardize, increase efficiency and develop financial processes and internal controls. Accounting & Financial Operations: You support and tax operational accounting activities in the areas of creditors, debitors and main book, including auditing and accounting of invoices. Account tuning & Conclusions: You will participate in the coordination of bank, customer and supplier accounts as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the financial data. Reporting & Financial Insights: You support the creation of financial reports and controlling analyses and provide financial insights for operational and strategic decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with different business areas and introduce the finance perspective into multi-disciplinary projects and questions. In this position you will get a comprehensive insight into the different areas of finance and gradually develop into a competent contact person for financial and commercial issues. You're reporting to Finance & IT Director.

We are looking for someone who brings first knowledge in the financial sector to work analytically and wants to develop professionally and personally. What else distinguishes you: You have a degree in the field of business management, finance, accounting or in a comparable field. You have first professional experience or relevant practical experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Accounting or Business Analysis; professional starters are also welcome. You have basic knowledge in accounting and financial processes and want to further deepen them in practice. Ideally, you have already worked with an ERP system; first SAP experience is a plus. You work analytically, carefully and structured and have a good understanding of numbers and economic relationships. You bring your own initiative, outcome orientation and willingness to take responsibility and continually develop yourself. You will certainly communicate in German, at least in C1 level, and have good English skills, at least in B2 level.
