As project manager*in TGA Building Quality Commissioning Management (w/m/d), you are responsible for the technical and organizational processing of projects in the field of technical building equipment with a focus on building quality, commissioning management and technical monitoring. You analyze technical plant concepts as well as planning, execution, functional, regulatory and operating documents for plausibility, completeness and cross-work consistency. You evaluate the functional relationships of the technical systems within the cost group 400, recognize interfaces to constructions, expansion, fire protection, building automation and use and accompany the structured preparation of commissioning. You create and test commissioning plans, plant and interface lists, test programs, test scenarios and other project-specific documents, accompany function tests, integral tests, acceptances, sample operating phases and plant transfer and evaluate the interaction of technical installations. The tasks also include the analysis of plant, operating and consumption data in technical monitoring, the early detection and follow-up of technical, terminological and organisational risks, and coordination of internal and external project participants, including the management of project and specialist meetings.

Complete university studies in the field of supply technology, building technology, electrical engineering, energy technology or in a comparable technical field Multiannual professional experience in planning, execution, project management, project management, quality assurance or commissioning of complex buildings and technical installations A comprehensive understanding of the technical building equipment, in particular the functional relationships within the cost group 400, as well as the interfaces with the cost group 300 and the building automation Experience in the preparation and monitoring of commissioning, functional testing, operating principle testing, integral tests, acceptances or test operating phases and ideally knowledge in technical monitoring and in the analysis of plant, measurement and consumption data Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and technical regulations in the construction and TGA environment (e.g. VDI 6039), very good knowledge of German in word and writing, safe handling of project management and documentation tools, and willingness to project-related service trips and operations on construction sites
