Social Pedagogue - Educator / Child & Youth Welfare (m/f/d)

You create a safe and stable place of life where you accompany traumatized children and young people in their development pedagogically and therapeutically. As a reliable reference person, you build a trusted relationship with the children, structure their everyday lives and individually support them in their challenges. You plan and organize creative leisure activities as well as educational projects on weekends and holidays to promote social skills and create positive experiences. In close cooperation with your team, external professionals and parents, you develop individual funding plans and participate in case meetings. You take the careful documentation of the educational processes and development progress as the basis for help planning.

You have a completed educational training with state recognition (e.g. as an educator:in or social education:in). Ideally you bring first experience or a high willingness to work with traumatized and behavioral children and young people. With your creative, dedicated and team-capable way, you actively participate in the implementation of our educational concept. You can show yourself flexible for shift, weekend and night services and have a class B licence. You speak fluently German (C1 level) to ensure clear and secure communication.

Fair salary & security: You will receive an indefinite contract with a remuneration according to tariff (AG-VPK/GEW), which includes an entry fee of 3,600 euros, an annual special payment and tax-free allowances.
