Complete study in a technical field, preferably in measurement and testing technology, optical measurement technology or technical physics

Including multiannual professional experience in the field of optical measurement and testing technology, in particular in quality assurance regarding development and series production

Multiannual experience in the disciplinary leadership of a broad team

Knowledge of how to use measuring and testing equipment for (micro-)optical components and assemblies as well as well as well-founded experience in the preparation and implementation of testing tasks on such
