The area of responsibility includes:
- Coordination, planning, implementation and further development of information and cyber security requirements in the DWD, in particular BSI's IT basic protection in the field of data acquisition, with the focus:
o Development of systems, measurement methods and algorithms based on new IT security requirements
o Concept of technical and content implementation of prevention measures and in the event of attacks
o Development of tests or Test scenarios for monitoring safety standards and BSI requirements
o Support in implementing IT security measures in the operation of systems
Your profile:
You should bring this with you:
- Successfully completed studies of engineering, natural or applied sciences (FH/Bachelor) with relevant discipline, such as electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science or cyber security
- Secure knowledge of the German language (at least level C1 CEFR) in word and writing
- Knowledge of English (at least level B2 CEFR) in word and font
- Ready for one-day and multi-day missions
That would be desirable:
- knowledge in the field of measurement, information and communication technology
- knowledge in the fields of information security, in particular system, application and communication security
- Knowledge and experience in application programming in common, object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C++, Java, Python...)
- Knowledge and experience in the field of information security (e.g. security laws, IT basic protection, ISO 27001 etc.), risk, emergency and compliance management
- communication and information skills to actively pass on their own knowledge within a larger area of responsibility and to ensure the flow of information for the groups involved
- Ability to constructive and collegial cooperation with groups of persons within a greater responsibility
