Since the SOS Children's Village Ammersee-Lech was opened in 1956 as the first SOS Children's Village in Germany, it has continuously expanded its offer. In the SOS-Kinderdorf-Ammersee-Lech we are looking for an additional time Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time or part-time (30 to 38.5 hours/Where.) Your task: In our field of social-Pedagogical family and youth assistance, you take on a responsible management function with high professional and human importance. The area includes outpatient assistance for families as well as the supervised youth living with currently 5“10 young people. You lead a team of 7 dedicated employees, work closely with youth and cooperation partners and represent the field management in the stationary area. Your tasks include: technical and organizational management of the social and educational services sector and of young people Support and accompaniment of young people on their way to self-employment Own case work Consultation and support of families in special situations of stress and crisis with the aim of recognizing over-requirements at an early stage and encountering them in a preventive manner Ensuring child protection through consistent compliance with legal requirements and the further development and implementation of protection concepts Support, support and further development of the employees, including personnel planning, employee development and enhancement of a valuable, open team culture Enhancing transparent communication and constructive, professional cooperation in the team and with external partners Responsibility for quality assurance and development as well as the continuous development of professional standards Organisation and accompaniment within the teams close cooperation and networking with youth and other regional network partners Perception of public and professional repository tasks conscientious implementation of all measures of protection of children and persons Transfer of representations at sectoral level Development and conception of new offers
