These tasks await you:

• You dispose, select forwarding and assign the freight for the overseas - import and monitor the transport and documentation processes in coordination with the EC and the APS
• The development of procurement logistics at VS is one of your tasks
• Processing and planning of export freight from the weekly delivery plans
• They dispose of cargo and cargo
• You pick up freight offers, assign the freights and prepare freight alerts
• You control the transport costs and check the invoices
• In your area of responsibility is the creation of all necessary export–delivery papers (original certificates, EUR1, etc.)
• You are aware of the country-specific compliance with laws and regulations
• They carry out customs processing ATLAS
• They monitor intra-European deliveries (resolution confirmation)

• You have completed your studies or training in the logistical field
• They work independently and have a responsible way of working
• You have a friendly and customer-oriented appearance
• You are safe in handling ERP (preferably SAP) and bring MS Office knowledge
• You master the English language in word and writing
• You have a driving licence class B
