Your exciting tasks:

Responsibility for the stable and efficient operation of IT services along established ITSM processes Control of Incident, Request, Problem and Knowledge Management incl. Major Incidents Use and development of ITSM tools, preferably Jira Service Management Ensuring service quality through KPI tracking, reporting and continuous optimization Cooperation with nearshore and offshore units as well as central internal stakeholders

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT Service Management Very good knowledge of common ITSM processes (ideally ITIL-based) Experience in leadership and coordination of service desk and support teams (dispatching, escalation, shift planning) Safe appearance, high communication strength and pronounced service orientation Structured, resilient and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
