Your tasks:

• Pre- and preparation of hot and cold dishes
• Set up and fill in food at the distribution band
• Storage, collection and monitoring of waste data
• ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen rooms, especially in the cooking area
• Cooking and setting of dishes for the event area
• Responsibility for compliance with internal quality standards
• Implementation and compliance of the hygiene regulations according to the HACCP guidelines and the hygiene guidelines of the RKH Orthopaedic Clinic Markgröningen

Your profile:

• You have a completed training as a cook (m/w/d)
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in a large kitchen and are familiar with the system of a Cook & Serve kitchen
• They have a structured and independent way of working
• They are resilient, are happy to work in the team and have good German skills
• You have a license class B (old class 3), your own car is advantageous
• Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
