Employee (m/w/d) Position Balance Sheets/Asset Accounting Focus on Asset Accounting

As an employee (m/w/d) Stellen Balance Sheets/Appendices Accounting with the emphasis on asset accounting, you are responsible for booking and auditing documents, maintaining accounts and preparing accounts. In addition, you optimise and test the SAP system for accounting, address the system accounting including inventory and start evaluations and documents for auditors.

You write and book the documents and check them for regularity. You'll plead the accounts, including posting texts, assignments and account balances. You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (references, delimitations, balance sheet documents, account clarifications and bills, periodic accounts, etc.). You continuously adapt the SAP system to the requirements of accounting and carry out test activities related to system extensions/modifications. You carry out all activities in asset accounting (main data maintenance, booking of movements, write-offs). You answer questions about activation. You adapt plant accounting to the corporate concerns and carry out inventory of movable assets. You will start inventory lists and evaluations on investment assets including annual accounts documents for the auditors.

You have a completed commercial training and completion as a balance sheet holder or a comparable additional qualification. You bring first to several years of experience in financial accounting. You have good IT skills, especially in MS Office. You have good user knowledge in SAP/FI. You have sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS.
