Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

You take care of property accounting in close coordination with property and asset management. You independently manage our tenant accounts and monitor the rental entrances. You can handle all payment transactions smoothly. You are involved in the budget process and reliably control the object accounts, set up booking documents in close coordination. You check and book input invoices conscientiously, including the correct constellation at cost types and locations. You'll start meaningful reports for further accounting and asset management and keep them up to date proactively on all relevant developments.

You have a completed commercial training – ideally as a accountant (m/w/d), real estate merchant (m/w/d) or tax specialist (m/w/d), alternatively you have a comparable qualification. You have well-founded knowledge in general accounting or have gained first experience in rent accounting. You work service- and service-oriented and place great value on quality. You’re going to be structured and methodical and work independently. You are reliable, take responsibility and appreciate the work in the team. You have the pleasure of going new ways and developing you. Ideally, you bring experience in dealing with SAP FI and Microsoft Office. With a healthy pinch of humour you are right with us!
