In the key role as an IT project manager (m/w/d) ERP – Division of shareholders ERP, you are instrumental in successfully introducing this platform to our shareholders. As an IT project manager (m/w/d) ERP, you are taxing our shareholder ERP project as part of the hagebau-IT roadmap. You are responsible for structure, transparency and stability in implementation, meet requirements and accompany the transition from pilot projects to the comprehensive rollout. Your goal: to reconcile quality, time and budget – creating the digital basis for the future of hagebau. Project control & planning Heading and control of our shareholder ERP project across all phases Take responsibility for appointment, budget and quality objectives Further development of our existing ERP solution based on the pilot towards a scalable rollout model Preparation and control of rollout clusters (e.g. retail, retail or mixed groups of companies)

Requirements & Stakeholder Management Structured management of requirements across all internal and external stakeholders Priority, coordination and follow-up of changes, dependencies and risks Ensuring clear, binding communication with partners, departments and implementation partners

Quality assurance & reporting Creation of status reports, milestone reviews and KPI overviews Contribution to the continuous improvement of methods, processes and tools in project management

Professional qualifications Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) desirable Multiannual practical experience in IT project management, ideally in the commercial, building material or DIY environment Detectable experience in the introduction or rollout of ERP systems Funded know-how in handling ERP systems (Infor, SAP or comparable solutions) Sovereign stakeholder management at all levels – from specialist to management

Personal qualifications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communication and moderation strength Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and orientation
