Responsibility for handling purchasing activities for defined product groups Creation of price requests and comparisons Supplier negotiations including contract design and order processing Supplier support and claim management Close cooperation with the specialist departments, in particular quality management Coordination and implementation of projects with internal and external partners Compliance with overriding purchasing regulations (comliance, governance, business partners - rules, legal frameworks etc.) master data maintenance and order confirmation and audit Support in purchasing reporting e.g. KPIs, supplier evaluation etc.

Completed commercial training with technical background, for example to the (technical) business owner or specialist for purchasing First experience in procurement, material management or purchasing Procurement and supplier market knowledge in machine or plant engineering and basic knowledge in contract law Experience in price negotiations and contracts Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Very good application knowledge in MS Office and SAP (R3 MM) Good technical understanding and analytical skills Embossed communication strength and a structured operation
