For our work in Bad Schwalbach we are looking for one/-n at the next time:

Your tasks: Order processing with care and advice of our customers: You are the first contact person in the sales service and support our customers in enquiries, orders, invoices and coordinate as well as monitor the entire order process to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Support in the sales process: Close cooperation with Key Account Management and production, maintenance of master data and prices, as well as processing of complaints. General administrative activities in the team: You support the organization through the monitoring of the telephone center, reception, guest service, processing of ordering operations to ensure a smooth supply chain from order to check the invoices.

Your profile: Qualification: Graduated commercial training e.g. as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), merchant/woman for office management (m/w/d) or comparable. Experience: Ideally, first professional experience in the internal sales service, preferably in the metal or plastic processing industry or in the technical environment. Commercial competences: Good knowledge of order processing, customer support and handling of goods management systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Communication strength: You like to work in the team, are contact-friendly, service-oriented and are proactive in customer support and internal coordination. English knowledge: Good written and oral English knowledge for communication with international customers and suppliers.
