They take over the operational management of a team within the Warehouse area and ensure a smooth running of the defined processes. In coordination with your leadership, you plan personnel deployment and carry out team meetings if necessary. They ensure order, cleanliness as well as responsible handling of technical resources (e.g. thrust-mast-apler). Quality and performance within your area of responsibility always keep in mind. Optimization potentials can be recognized at an early stage and implement improvements in practice. They are ready to work first in our branch in Herten and to switch to Unna after completion of the new logistics center.

They have a successfully completed vocational training - ideally as a specialist in warehouse logistics. Multiannual experience in the warehouse area as well as in the operational day-to-day business. First leadership experience is desirable. You have a valid forklift certificate and are safe to use forklift trucks. Their operation is characterized by reliability and independence. Organisational strength, team capacity and a high degree of self-initiative are yours.
