We are looking for you to strengthen our HR Talent Acquisition Team at the Stuttgart site! As a valuable member of our 20-headed HR Talent Acquisition Team, you contribute significantly to the further growth of our company. Partner at eye level: As a Sparring partner, you are in close contact with your specialist areas and advise them in the occupation of open vacancies: from the request profile, to the screening of the applications to the creation of the contract. Building talent networks: You identify exciting candidates for our fields and talk about career networks. You build long-term candidate relationships and a broad network of talents. Ideas and Process Optimization: Together with your team, you develop innovative search strategies, track current HR trends and continuously optimize our recruiting and sourcing processes – always with the goal of winning the best talents for us. Data-driven Recruiting: You analyze Recruiting-KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action for your areas. AI-based tools are your daily companions. Active participation in HR projects: Whether active sourcing, digitization or improvement of the Candidate Journey – you are shaping exciting HR initiatives and actively promoting our strategic topics.

You bring a completed study with a focus on staff or a comparable qualification and have many years of experience in recruiting. You want to develop innovative ideas together in the team and proactively support your areas of expertise in recruitment. Thanks to your communication pleasure it is easy for you to inspire candidates for your employer. You also know the latest recruiting tools and use data-based process control to continuously optimize search strategies.
